Live games are conducted in real time with real dealers. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, fp999 will void the game and refund the bet amount.

If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded. If an event is rescheduled, fp999 will decide whether the bet stands or is voided. In the event of a dispute over scores or results, the official result from the relevant international sports body will be considered final.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page.

Any disputes relating to these terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled through international arbitration.
